As a woman traveling can be one of the most amazing endeavors that a person can encounter.  From Miami to Monaco or even Dubai to Philly, each cultural journey can be one that will set the tone to change your whole life! When traveling and embarking on different journeys do we really know all that we need to know about various travel shields that will keep us in line health wise? Even at your best self and a top of the line health regime there are not true prescriptions that you can take while traveling that will have you feeling super rejuvenated inside and out and these few tips will begin to give you the blueprint!  As a travel girl, there are times that I would truly see a change in my skin, appetite and lack of energy when I would go to various places. I would see bumps appear out of thin air on my face that would literally be the size of a bottle cap. I would get so frustrated and think that it had everything to do with that fact that I had one of those amazing delectable cookies that Delta Airlines served, but the more research I did on health healing from the inside out I realized the cookie was not 100% the problem! Often times when we travel we do the same routine. We get onto the plane, check into our hotel, shower, get pretty and head out to conquer our new destination, but here is where we go wrong! Did you know that different cities have different water systems and many can be very harmful to your skin? As women we indulge in the fact that we can wake up and not have a blemish insight although with nature it happens. There are many regimens we can do while traveling to help subside all of the not so good travel woes that will have us not hiding in the corner in our sun hat to cover those horrible blemishes. Here are the ͞Divine 5 travelista tips that will help you travelistas on your travel journey to take care of self in side and out!

  1. Always, Always, ALWAYS research the city you are traveling to before boarding the plane! This will help you learn about the culture, weather, and also any other things you may encounter such as Zika, water/sewage issues or etc., that may hinder you health wise!research
  2. Try to pack travel essentials that align with your daily routine at home! For example I have a strict routine of facial care at home so on the road I always make sure that I pack a small lunch bag of my essentials: oats, raw honey and my organic coconut oil! These are my MAJOR KEYS, as Dj Khaled would say it! I also pack my chamomile tea and a lime to subside any travel anxiety I may encounter!oils
  3. Make sure to pack at least a flat sheet and a pillow case to lay over the bed in your hotel room! Believe it or not studies have shown that no matter how 5 star the hotel may be, the detergent and or chemicals that they may use when washing can be harmful or be damaging to your skin especially if you have skin sensitivities!sheets
  4. Pack high PH water!!! For example my fav is Fiji! It has a PH level of 7 and anything above 5 is where you want to be! Yeah you read it right pack your own water with you! For me, I have sensitive skin and I also have Psoriasis so that means I have to take extra precautions with my skin and one of them is to not use faucet water in different cities when washing my face! The water in many places can be very hard and cause your skin to over react!fiji
  5. Set a timer on your phone to align with your home regimen! Time zones can be so taxing on the body when you are traveling coast to coast or to another country. Your phone, and iPad/tablet can be your bestfriend when traveling! Research the time difference beforehand and set your phone with your home based schedule via your alarm. Keep your body on the same schedule you would at home with a few alterations. Upon waking up in the morning immediately drink half a cup of room temperature water and then a hot cup of chamomile and raw honey tea following as it awakens the body and gets everything moving properly!

Traveling can be one of the most amazing and humbling experiences that a true travelista can have! Think how incredible it can be if you apply these few Travelista Tips to enhance your travel experience! Dubai, Miami and Cancun are amazing travel destinations but the bliss of the atmosphere will be even better if you are vibrant and full of life from the inside out!
