Dreading summer travel?  Pack these things in your carry-on to make the time fly by!

  1. Eye Mask – bring an eye mask so you can sleep when you want, not whenever the flight attendants turn the lights down or when your neighbor decides to close the window shade.
  2. Earplugs or noise-canceling headphones – crying babies, loud talkers, and people who snore… need we say more!  Be proactive about blocking out the noise.
  3. Sanitizing Wipes – You really don’t want to know how many germs are lurking on the tray table in front of you, seat-back, entertainment system, controls and arm rests.  We strongly recommend you pack sanitizing wipes.
  4. Water & Food – Meal & beverage service can be sporadic or unappetizing so always carry snacks and a big water bottle.
  5. Pen & Paper – A pen is a must… especially on international flights.  The flight crew doesn’t have extra pens and you don’t want to have to wait for your neighbor to decide if they will share.
  6. Chewing Gum – A piece of gum can relieve pressure in your ears, eliminate post meal breath, and refresh after your nap.
  7. Large Scarf or Jacket – Planes, hospitals and movies are all the same… COLD!  You want to be prepared ahead of time.
