I travel mostly for business so I’m always on the go, and not every hotel I say in has the best work out facility! After expressing my frustration to my personal trainer she sent me a simple work out that I can do in my hotel room, so I definitely want to share it!

Hotel Room WorkOut

Warm Up:
40 jumping jacks
15 mountain climbers
10 push ups
30 seconds of high knee (HIGH…BRING THOSE KNEES HIGH ;-))
Complete this circuit 3 times (sets)…resting for 1 minute only after completing each set.

Workout:
20 Squats
20 Incline Push Ups (feet on floor, hands on edge of bed)
20 Tricep Dips (feet at a 90 degree angle, hands on chair or end of bed (preferably chair)
20 Jumping Lunges
Complete Circuit 3 times (resting only 2-3 minutes in between each set)

Circuit 2:
20 Jumping Squats
20 Push Ups
20 Alternating Lunges
15 Bicep Curls (each arm)
Complete Circuit 3 times (resting only 2-3 minutes in between each set)

Circuit 3:
50 Jumping Jacks
20 Decline Push Ups (feet on bed or chair, hands on floor)
15 Butterfly extensions (using water bottles, if you don’t have weights)
15 Supermans
Complete Circuit 3 times (resting only 2-3 minutes in between each set)

Workout is now complete. Be sure to stretch every muscle, afterwards.
