It’s the busiest time for air travel in US of the entire year.  It’s estimated that 98.6 million people will travel over the holiday.  If your elderly parents are traveling and you know they may get a little forgetful, please send them with a note that includes: emergency contact information, pre-paid credit card and at least a prepaid “to-go” phone.  If they are traveling on an American Airline but don’t speak English consider sending them with index cards with frequently asked questions, drink options or anything else that you think they may need to ask.

It’s a high travel season and the beginning of winter which means… a lot of delays, cancellations and I have seen a lot elderly people dazed, confused and missing flights not knowing what to do next.
Don’t ruin the holidays by losing Mom, Dad, Grandma or Grandpa!
